Steam with SteamVR installed and configured. - A SteamVR compatible headset, such as the HTC Vive or Oculus Rift, Valve Index or Windows MR. OR A non-compatible headset such Oculus Quest 1 2, GearVR, Google Cardboard or Vive Focus. A computer capable of running VR with an exclusive GPU. In-built Intel graphics aren't supported. Gaming laptops frequently need to be specifically configured to use the dedicated GPU for Minecraft. Read the FAQ for more details. - Either standing motion controls or a keyboard and mouse. Gamepads are not supported at the moment.
Downloads
Vivecraft is available for a variety of Minecraft versions. All versions include Optifine which includes shader support dynamic lights, dynamic lighting, and other enhancements to the graphics. UOOKA All versions are online. Not all versions have the same VR features or are compatible with Forge mods.
There are four downloads to choose from for each version. - The VR Client is the main mod for VR players. The NonVR (2D Client) is designed for users on desktops who want to watch VR animations and LAN-host. The Spigot plugin allows animations on a Spigot server. The Forge server mod allows animations to be enabled on the Forge Server.

Installing Vivecraft
It is simple to install. These instructions will help you install the Vivecraft client. The installation process is the same for the initial installation and subsequent updates. You can install Vivecraft multiple times with different options without any problem.
1. Run the Minecraft Launcher on your PC at least once in order to create the game folders. It's not necessary to start the game. Close the launcher. 2. Make sure that the Minecraft Launcher is NOT running. 3. Run the Vivecraft Installer. You will see the checkboxes for every installation option. Hover your mouse over each option and you'll look at its contents. It is generally recommended to leave the defaults. If you'd like support for Forge mods, make sure to check the Forge box. If the installer fails to recognize Forge already installed it will download and run the installer for you. - Do not allocate more RAM than you require. 4GB is enough for all modpacks, except the most powerful.
4. Click on install. The program will download some files and create your launcher profile. 5. If you're running laptop. Make sure that you enable the high-performance processor in the GPU control panel. For more information, check out the FAQ. 6. Run the Minecraft Launcher. 7. You should have already chosen the profile for Vivecraft. If not, make sure you go to the "modded profiles" box. See image.
8. Click Play.
